After a day taking in the beauty and the adventure of snowmobiling Mt. Washington with Island Adventure Snowmobile Tours, come warm up at our hosted accommodation condo! With two rooms and a queen-sized pull-out bed, there will be room for everyone.

When you book a snowmobile tour, you can relax at our second-storey condo for only $50 per person per night. The condo sits atop majestic Mt. Washington and is only steps from the slopes. Snowshoe and cross-country trails are also close by.

Cold after a day in the snow? You will have a choice of hot tub, sauna and heated outdoor swimming pool to warm up. There is also a kitchen with a fridge,  stove, microwave and dishwasher for your food preparation needs. A small BBQ is available on the patio as well. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also provided.

Other amenities are full cable, including a movie channel, and a DVD player. There are also board games and cards available for guests.

The views, like Mt. Washington itself, are breathtaking. One view is of the slopes themselves and one is of Paradise Meadows, home of Mt. Washington’s cross-country trails.

The mountain is also famous for the amount of snow it gets, usually 11 meters (36 feet) of snow a year!
